Vision & Focus

Every dream gets a pathway.

A player names where they're headed. Tenawa turns it into a staged pathway — and tells the coach exactly what to work on right now.

What Tenawa does

Coach with clarity. Keep families close.

Score every session
Serve, return, movement, and technical qualities captured in one consistent framework — every time a coach is on court.
Surface the TDI
The TDI places every player on a development band — Local to International — so coaches can speak the same language to players, parents, and each other.
Direct the next session
Each assessment becomes a session plan for the coach and a progress report the family can actually read. One action, two audiences.

How it works

Three steps. No guesswork.

01
Coach
Step 01
Log the session
A coach scores the player at the end of every session — building a real, dated record of their game from day one, whether the family has signed up yet or not.

Stay connected
Once approved, the family sees every session, every skill trend, and every note — the coach's work made visible, and the player closer to their own development.
